Spark Editor has black panes :( Is it possible bug?

I have bought Natural Selection 2 Delux Editor. I would like to say because Game is very awesome.
But i am trying to open from LaunchPad - if i click Natural Selection 2 Binary than it got error message "Steam must be running." I am sorry Steam was runned on my computer. Why does LaunchPad not know because ns2.exe can't load from Steam Image may be NSFW.

I am openning with Spark Editor and i would like to show about material manager. But why does it happen because material manager goes black panes complety Image may be NSFW.

How do i fix for display for material manager?
