Custom Crosshair requests

Myself, I have absolutely no background in graphic design, or even any artistic talent with anything outside of writing.

So I beg of one of you, please re-create my NS1 crosshairs! I attached a crude paint drawing of them. I'd like them to be white with rounded edges. And the size should essentially encase the Half-Life 1 OG crosshair. These helped my accuracy significantly in NS1, and I'm hoping for the same for NS2.

Also, does anybody know of a shotgun spread crosshair? Or if that's ENSL okayed? Because I also want that in white xD
