If you're like me, stuck on lower game resolution to get some form of playable FPS .. you might be interested in the mod
Small Fonts (ingame chat)
It's as simple as a mod gets .. replaces a couple of fonts .. but the upshot is, the chat no longer should be scrolling all the way across your screen/crosshairs![:)]( ":)")
If I can figure it out, I'll try replace the score box (font) too
Anyhow, it's simple so there's no lua changes and therefore shouldn't need any consistency checking and should always be usable
