[Error- Build 247] Altab or press Windows key >>> Game crash "Engine state can not recover"

Hi , i have played this game fine since C++ error fixed in build 246 , thank you UWE for listen our gamers voice

But when build 247 is just updated , everytime im Alt-tab out or press Windows key , game crash with a message

"The engine is in a state from which it can't recover"

Anyone can help me solve this problem out ? Im play TF2 and CSGO and can alt-tab out window normally
