My Hive profile isn't updating, what gives?

I got my Profile updated after the first two matches, but now, after playing more matches, the Profile isn't updated. Nothing happens.

Maybe that's connected to me being unable to join official Servers? The Connection can't be established.

Is there anything I can do to help the situatoin?
