Microphone dont work in com

Hello,

I have this problem recently.
When I am playing as person, I can talk via microphone normaly. But, when I am as com, can't use microphone, don't see mic-name-thing in right-middle screen and noone hears me.
I am using Caps-Lock button for mic (tried another, same thing).
