Build 261 Error: PhysX: Invalid Cuda context!

Help me plz D:
I tried reinstalled the game 5 times already still it wont work.
After browsing the forum the solution is to turn off physx using the system_option.xml but I don't have the system_option.xml file.
please help
My system:
Win 7 64bit
Intel core quad cup q800
8GB ram
radeon HD 5xxx series ( 5850/5750 i think)
