Is Discovery still in development?

My impression of the Reinforcement program was that if the program failed to reach its stated goal, then Unknown Worlds would scale back its plans for future content. I know that bug fixes are still being worked on, but is the Discovery map still set to be released next year?

Anyway, I'm very much looking forward to this map's clean aesthetic. I hope it's coming sometime in the future.
