Random failed consistancy checks.

So this has been happening for a while. I already tried reinstalling. I even moved the installation to a new hard drive, it still happens. Whenever I launch a new game random things fail consistency checks whether it be server_message.dds or marine_special.dds or turret models, or random ambient sounds. It is just something will fail a consistency check. Every time it happens i have to take time to verify integrity of the game files and even so it sometimes doesn't work. The game still does it. I even try to just keep joining the server in hopes that it will eventually pass and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Today was just the final straw since i just have been living with it....

Oh and whenever I verify, it always says all the files have been validated successfully. It doesn't download anything.
