Can't change total frames in cinematic editor and other things not showing up right

As you can see from this pic ] I can't select "Ok" so I'm stuck at 100 frames total, and I am not sure what to do.
I also have a problem with the buttons being cut off on this and have to click around like 10 times on the like 2 pixels of buttons showing. I can't resize any of the windows either.
Is this like this for anyone else?
