So, I thought it would be a good idea to write a little tool that looks into your maps, and outputs nice slides to using on the loading screen. Since it works mostly now. I thought the obvious choice would be to ensure that you all got to try it out and give me feed back about it.
Here is what it outputs,(using descent for the minimap and level):

Please let me know if you have any issues, comments etc, running this. It should run in mono and .NET 4.0

Usage LoadScreenGenerator.exe name_of_map [path to root] it looks at the following files: path/ns2/maps/name_of_map.level -parsed for entites path/ns2/maps/overviews/name_of_map.tga -used for minimap path/ns2/screens/name_of_map/ -created if doesn't exist used to store screenshots path/ns2/screens/name_of_map/src - if jpgs exist here used as the background image instead of concept art Known issues: The font/fontsize is wrong. This causes weirdness on the labels on the mini map no vignette effect on screenshots. ToDo: support randomizing the generic screenshots support executing the minimap generator if needed not have the worlds worst level parser. Thanks to OnosAteMe his level parse source is way way better than mine. Unfortunately, I am not using his code.
